We are pleased to announce that DEXPI e.V. and several of its partners will actively contribute to the Annual Meeting of Process Engineering and Materials Technology (PEMT 2025), organized by DECHEMA e.V. in Frankfurt am Main.
- Dr. Wilhelm Otten, Head of Networking at DEXPI e.V., will present in the “Digital Technologies I” session on Monday, 10 November 2025, chaired by Prof. Dr. Leon Urbas (TU Dresden). His presentation will highlight the increasing importance of interoperable digital ecosystems and how DEXPI drives standardization and data integration across the process industry.
- Dr. Armin Fricke from Capital Gain Consultants will contribute with a talk on DEXPI Process Implementation, demonstrating how the DEXPI Process specification is being applied in practical industrial contexts to streamline engineering workflows and improve data exchange.
- Prof. Dr. Leon Urbas, Head of the Chair of Process Systems Engineering at TU Dresden and member of the DEXPI Scientific Advisory Board, will chair the Digital Technologies I session, guiding discussions on digitalization, data models, and system integration in process engineering.
- Dr. Michael Wiedau, Chairman of DEXPI e.V., will lead the “Digital Technologies III” session on Tuesday, 11 November 2025, in his role as a member of the Scientific Council of the conference. This session will focus on advances in digital engineering automation, modularization, and lifecycle data management.
PEMT 2025 is a major event for the process and materials technology community, offering a platform for professionals from academia, industry, and standardization to exchange ideas and foster innovation.
