We are pleased to announce that after many years of working as DEXPI Initiative under the roof of DECHEMA on developing and promoting a common data exchange standard for the process industry, we are intensifying our future collaboration by announcing today’s establishment of DEXPI eV (registered association).
The foundation meeting took place on October 26th 2023 at DECHEMA house in Frankfurt am Main under the attendance of the representatives of its founding members: Aucotec, Autodesk, Aveva, BASF, Bayer, Cadmatic, Equinor, Evonik, Hexagon, IA, ITandFactory, WOtten, PNB, PTC, Semantum and Shell.
„We have worked hard until this day and I am happy to see, that by today’s foundation of DEXPI eV the biggest players in the industry are embarking together on this passionate journey to create the future standard for the (petro)chemical plant lifecycle“, so the recently elected chair of the board Michael Wiedau, Head of Data Management and Analytics at Evonik.

We are happy to announce, that Reiner Meyer-Rössl (Autodesk), Wilhelm Otten (Wotten-Consulting), Michael Wiedau (Evonik), Arndt Teinert (BASF), Reda Mostafa (PTC), Markus Herrmann (AVEVA), and Johan Immerzeel (SHELL), in from left to right, will be serving at the board of DEXPI eV.
